A worthy Thank You would only be achieved by leaving this page blank; for there are no words that could articulate properly the feelings I have. My pen in hand - not computer - would seem to dehumanize the message I wish to share. Thank You are mere marks on paper and words that English speaking people use too freely and easily.

You did more than what schooling and education of the body could ever teach. You cared unselfishly, believed in the unknown, and cared in a human that ever so few doctors ever do. You took time for me and my family, when not related to the task at hand, just because you care.

There is a much larger picture in life and you have that insight.

Dear Dr. Mirrafati,

Just wanted to write you a letter to tell you how pleased I am with the results of the liposuction that I had done in April. Its been a little over a month, as you well know, and each day I marvel over how great the results are. I can hardly believe it myself! I will be 40 in September and have the body I had when I was in my late 20s. Your staff was very professional and yet personable too. This made a huge difference in my feeling comfortable with the procedure. They answered all my questions, reassured me when necessary and checked on me before and afterward. The only thing I didnt like was wearing that stupid girdle even though it truly was my best friend during the healing process. I was diligent to exercise rigorously each day before the surgery. Now I have even more motivation to keep up the good work! Loosing those 4-5 pounds of fat make me feel light as air and lets not even talk about how great my clothes fit. You're a cool guy. Thanks!

I have to admit though when I first met you I was a little intimidated by your youth and good looks. When I first saw you I thought to myself, what is this male model doing walking around here in a doctors outfit, he belongs on the cover of G.Q. magazine. But being treated by you has shown me that I can truly trust your judgment, decisions, and advice. You posses a lot of wisdom and even more patience. I consider myself lucky to be your patient.
